Since 2016, over 1,000 articles about Scottish football’s past, present and future have appeared in the pages of Nutmeg. Now, to commemorate reaching print magazine Issue 30 and offer a catch-up for those who have not read Nutmeg before, a beautifully-curated selection of them is published together for the first time.

Back Heel brings together wonderful storytelling on subjects as diverse as Bobby Murdoch and Ralph Milne, play-by-mail managers and the Monkey Gland Mystery, the Riccarton Three and the true meaning of ‘Dundee United’ in Nigeria.
